I read on the RS forums that it might just be because the servers are having trouble at the moment. I'll update if something changes. Next, type ‘control’ inside the text box, then press Enter to open up the classic Control Panel interface. Inside the classic Control Panel, use the search in the top-right corner to search for ‘region’ and press Enter. Next, from the list of results, click on Regions. Press “Windows” + “R”, type “%appdata%” and press “Enter”. In the “AppData” folder, find the “Jagex” folder and delete it.
